How to pay:

Earthlings accepts Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure server and also over the phone. We accept direct bank deposits/internet banking (NZ customers only).

Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay via internet banking.

New Zealand orders:

Delivery in New Zealand should occur within 5 working days of receipt of order. Delivery within New Zealand is $6 for orders under $45, and $8 for orders over $45.

We use courier post trackpaks to deliver your purchase quickly and safely.

Free shipping is available for orders over $200.

International orders:

Earthlings accepts international orders, with no extra charge on delivery.

International delivery is $6 NZD for orders under $45 NZD, and $8 NZD for orders over $45 NZD.

All orders are sent by Airmail (5-15 working days). Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

Free shipping is available for orders over NZD $200 NZD. *

Guarantees:

We deliver products of the highest quality which should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your product or discover the item is faulty within 90 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved.

Returns and refunds:

With the exception of clearance sale items, goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Please choose carefully and check the garment sizing before ordering.

Please do not break open packaging that is not re-sealable if you wish to exchange an item or request a refund.

Please do not wash the garment, or perform any other action that will make the garment unfit for resale.

With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging. Please contact us if you need customer service support.

Clearance Sale Items and factory seconds:

Clearance sale items are part of a product line that has been discontinued, and are only available in limited sizes and quantities while stocks last.

All items are new and unopened, but they are factory seconds. They may have imperfections, and this is reflected in the prices which have been significantly reduced.

Clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please choose carefully and check the garment sizing on each page before ordering.
